So everyone wants to look good and feel good about their bodies, but no-one once to put effort in. why is that? We do not have time, We have to much on our plate, We can not afford gym memeberships, people at the gym will make fun of my body, my boyfriend accepts me the way I am...etc. Nooooooooo, you are lying to yourself by making all those excuses. Its simple to make time in the morning it will only take 20-30mins to get a good body work out. After all your matabolism is much faster in the morning so you will burn fat faster. You should just settle and believe that boyfriend accepts your body and all of me! You always build yourself and keep him coming back for more- if you know what I mean.
