Changing it UP

I feel that I have so much to say that I can not deprive my followers. Why only blog about health and fitness? when I should also share my life experience with you. You may have experienced what I have and might even be struggling to over come it or I could even learn from your life experiences, advice, faith and  beauty!

Today marks the day that Ferociouswoman spread's her wings and broaden's her vision to:

MOMENTS, HEALTH AND EXPERIENCE

In no specific order because we should not emphasize which is more important,sometimes they happen at the same time or they clash and cause this mess that is so difficult to over come.

Importance of Protein

Protein: meat, Poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs etc

The Benefits of including Protein in your diet
  • Protein contains vitamin B- helps your body to release energy and plays a vital role in the functioning of the nervous system.
  • Protein is the building blocks for bone, cartilage, skin and blood. It is essence that we feed our body the necessary nutrients to ensure a longer life span.
  • Many teenage girls and women bearing children suffer from iron-deficiency anemia.Include protein(proteins contain iron) in your diet and you will reduce your deficiency and better your health.
  •  Magnesium is the bases to build muscle and release energy from muscles. This helps use to continue our daily actives like updating our blogs for example.
We consume food daily, but did we ever stop to think if this is what my body needs or is it what I FEEL for at this moment.
