Your body needs fuel to function throughout the day. Inorder to get maximum increase in your metobolism you should train your body to eat every 3 hours.
Breakfast, Lunch, Supper and two snacks inbetween.
Breakfast is the important meal of the day as it kick starts your metabolism and gives your the energy and brain power to function.
Try not not eat later than 8 pm.
EXERCISE is key, balance your lifestyle and you will prolong your life span. How many of our family members suffer from chronic deseases... Dont wait until the last to make the change start now.
Keep at it and remember I believe in you and so should you.
